I practice from a psychodynamic approach and I enjoy helping people to understand themselves and their history and context more deeply.
I draw on numerous therapeutic models such as narrative therapy, RO-DBT, and ACT. I am also trained in various eating disorder treatments such as CBT-E, SSCM, FBT, focal psychodynamic therapy, AFT, and TBT-S.

As a trained systemic family therapist, I believe that families are interconnected systems. Every interaction, positive or negative, influences the whole. By exploring existing patterns I help couples and families to identify things they want to change and experiment with alternatives in order to find what works for you.
I believe in critically reflecting on what we “should” be doing as families, and instead focusing on what actually works for yours. I enjoy helping families to understand each other and their patterns in ways that create more affirming and connected relationships.
Please note that my work focuses on parenting support. I value children’s voices and experiences, but I do not provide direct therapy for children as this is a different skill set. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss this further.

Supervision provides space for professionals and students to develop reflective practice, receive support to develop skills, celebrate wins and learn from their mistakes.
I enjoy helping supervisees to explore how their own history and context has shaped them as a practitioner and how to use that awareness to enhance their practice.
I also provide specific supervision focused on recognising and responding to eating disorders and neuro-divergent affirming practice.
